My #1 most recommended iPhone photo editing app is Snapseed. Since discovering this app, I used it 99% percent of the time in my post-processing workflow. Not only does it have a wide variety of options the developers are consistently updating it’s features and adding new tools. Though the app doesn’t offer retouching or masking it truly does everything else.
If you don’t already own it, I encourage you to get it, you won’t be disappointed.
